Obviously, I never knew Peter Mansbendel but he has certainly impacted my life.. This has been incredible journey that started with a simple google search one day back in 2005. It has led me to create this website and write a new book about Peter Mansbendel and his life. I almost feel as Peter himself has mentored me with his fine work and his zest for life.
I have met so many fine people that helped me and encouraged me greatly with this endeavor. I would personally like to thank you if you did this: This project would have not been possible or certainly not as complete without help from the following people:
Dee Dee (Williams) Brown
Austin History Center
UTSA-special collection Library
Elizabet Ney Museum
Stark House & Foundation-Patsy Herrington
Peter Monroe Mansbendel
and so many more...
And special thanks to:
My Wife Dena
My children Lauren and Christian
My web programmer and friend: Lynn Bantley
My book layout and design person and friend: Rachel Ortiz
I would also like to thank all the fine people who opened their doors to their homes and businesses to allow a stranger to learn more about this man! THANK YOU!
Peter you have blessed my life!
